road home.
we weren’t even 30 seconds into the connecticut state line when the traffic came and it was pretty much bumper to bumper all the way down 84 to home. NOW what i’m lost for words on is how the heck did we make it all the way from North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and then New York smooth sailing with no traffic.. then once good ol’ CT hit ohhh...
Hot daze.
If it wasn’t for the wine tonight and the musical conversation I probably would have broke down from exhaustion and annoyance. All I can say is thank gosh tomorrow will be the last day/night. No more air mattress of seesawing around (after tmrw night of course) and no more moving sam in. Realizing more and more of how much of a high maintenance person she is. Oh lordy, All I just want IS fun...

ugh. So of course I don’t want to sound like an annoying girl complaining of the “vacation” she is on, but really this is no good. I can’t wait for the drive home and it’s sad to say that is the thing I’m most looking forward too this whole trip, which I’m hoping will be Wednesday BUT I’m scared it’ll be Thursday.. It’s a beautiful city...

instead of packing up my cares and heading to the salt water smells and crashing wavvves… tomorrow gets to be spent packing up a UHAUL trailer thang of all my sister’s silly crap. oh yes. followed by the next day waking up at 4-5am?? and hauling ass to north carolina to move her down. oh yes.
